Tim was meticulous in his painting, no detail was overlooked, he takes great pride in his work, and he exhibited a lot of patience, especially when a few changes had to be made. Other tenants at the condo commented on how pleasant and polite he was to them, and how quiet all the workers were on the job. The condo looks absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough...the color combination came out great, thanks to your suggestions and Tim's; he kept me updated on their daily progress and offered suggestions and/or concerns when necessary. Dear Cheri, I wish we could do more for you and your company, but we hope this letter will show future clients how wonderful you are. To Whom it may concern, I would recommend A Painting Company because of their integrity. When people are working on my home, I value integrity as much as quality work. A Painting Company offers both. We had to make the decision to either paint our home or get new siding. We were considering vinyl siding which would not have required any painting. Knowing this, Cheri Sparks still recommended that we get new siding after she inspected the outside of our home. Cheri knew that with this recommendation, she would not receive a painting contract from us. Yet she still recommended new siding because it was the best course of action for us. Because of Cheri's recommendation, we did get new siding. Instead of vinyl, however, we put fiber cement on the house. When installation was complete, we called A Painting Company to paint. Cheri's painters have a good work ethic and relate to homeowners well. They were patient as we decided upon the right color and they completed a quality job. September 23, 2005 Hi Cheri, I just wanted to write and thank you for the terrific job that A Painting did on the exterior of our house. We have been very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. We greatly appreciated your promptness in showing up for the estimate, and your knowledge of what would be needed to do the job right. The estimate was very reasonable, and you worked with us to schedule the painting at a convenient time for us. For the actual painting work, Steve and Steve were simply excellent. They arrived according to schedule, stayed on the job until it was done (even working on a Saturday), and gave us a beautiful, detailed paint job on our old Victorian house! They were helpful and professional, and they checked in to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. We were also very happy with the fact that they kept our stone walkways and concrete patio clean and free of paint drips. | June 16, 2005 Cheri~ I just wanted to send you a brief note regarding the recent painting of my house. It looks 100% improved over what it was before the paint job. The guys did quality work and were good about working around my schedule. They were also good at trying to work around my two dogs and always worked on that side of the house first, so I could keep them in their own environment as much as possible. This really helped me out a lot. The Paint Crew always kept my yard clean and free of paint drips and splashes, which is very important to me. I found the paint job to be quality and the customer service of yourself very accommodating throughout what could have been a very messy and inconvenient process. July 20, 2004 I am pleased to recommend A Painting Company. They just finished painting the exterior of my house. I must say they did a fine job. When they say "we give our best from start to finish", THEY DO. I believe their commitment to quality workmanship comes from the knowledge of my wants and needs and detailed preparation. Surface prepatation is most important to insure a long lasting job. Their attention in this area was out standing, spending a lot of time power washing, priming, scraping, and caulking. With the super caulking job the painters did, I look forward to much lower energy bills next winter. The painters are interested in quality work, and are polite and courteous to work with. A Painting Company gives their customers a five year warranty. Other painting companies don't do this. The work was completed in a timely manner. A Painting Company is a quality company. They took the time to do the job right as they powerwashed, scraped, caulked every crack in the wood and siding, primed, and painted; rotten wood was also replaced. 12/1/01 To whom it May Concern, My wife and I recently remodeled our family room. Hence we needed it completely repainted, which led to repainting the entire downstairs, from baseboards, to the ceiling, to every wall. Well, A Painting Company, owned by Cheri Sparks was our choice. She and her team did a tremedous job. They were quick, efficient, and clean. Plus they showed up when they said they would, and came back for touchups after the fact. They created texture on our new entertainment center and fireplace wall. They even painted all of our old brown dark woodwork throughout the main floor. Great job! Subject: Painting recommendation This letter is a recommendation for any future customers of A Painting Company. We had the exterior of our house painted in April of 2002 by A Painting Company and we are happy to report the house looks terrific. Working with Cheri has been a very pleasant experience. From the first phone call to the last meeting, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Cheri was prompt in returning calls and sending us our bid. She followed through on the items she said would be completed. The actual painting of the house was done by Steve and he did a fantastic job. He was very nice and enjoyable to work with and he is very detailed in his work. He would not finish any area until he was satisfied. Steve definately takes pride in his work. It shows through on our house and we are very appreciative of his diligence. Even though the job took longer to complete than originally planned, the quality of work that was put into our house made the anticipation of it being complete well worth the time. November 12, 2002 To whom it may concern, On November 7th and 8th A Painting Company painted our 4th floor hallway and studio entrances. It is a very professional company which we will use their services again and I will highly recommend. Their work was professional, neat, and quick. The owner Cheri Sparks was extremely accommodating to all of our employee's schedules. Her company had to work around us and was only able to work limited hours, after the building closed till late hours in the night. Again I recommend this very professional company.
